Welcome to the Clearbrook chapter of the Brandeis National Committee! Our members are a vibrant group of lifelong learners with members coming from all across the Clearbrook area. We proudly provide financial support to Brandeis University’s libraries, student scholarships, and scientific research through various fundraising activities. The values the University was build upon — academic excellence, social justice, a love of learning, and giving back to the community — resonate with our chapter and we adhere to them in the University’s name.
BNC Clearbrook provides our members with educative and social programming in the form of study groups, and special one-time events including book and author luncheons, special speakers, outings, and the ever popular annual University on Wheels event which involves Brandeis University sending us one of its professors. Our study groups are designed to be informative, fun, and thought provoking. We recognize curiosity comes in many different forms so we are sure to include study groups and events across a plethora of topics to ensure there is something of interest for everyone. In past years these have included theater, ballet, art appreciation, law, TED Talks, current events, finance, food, film, and medicine. We are always looking for new ideas for future events!
The chapter periodically publishes a bulletin for our members highlighting important dates, events, contact information, and news. Sign up today as to not miss an single exciting event!
