Discuss a monthly selection of readings, both fiction and nonfiction, on a wide range of subjects. Books are selected by the participants. Our first book for September 17, 2014, will be The Guns at Last Light by Rick Atkinson, 894 pages, which should make for good summer beach reading (or wherever). Our October 18th reading will be My Promised Land by Ari Shavit, also a long read.
