Fall Luncheon – November 3rd

Join us on Friday, November 3rd in welcoming Beverly Gray, author of Seduced by Mrs. Robinson: How ‘The Graduate’ Became the Touchstone of a Generation, to our chapter’s event.

Beverly Gray has spent her life with one foot planted in the world of Hollywood film, and one in academia. This is reflected in her career ranging from journalism, and teaching at UCLA, to editing scripts, working casting calls, and rubbing elbows with directors and producers at New World Pictures. In her presentation about her book, she will uncover the inside story of how The Graduate came to fruition, how it became such a cultural phenomenon, and how it continues to influence us today.

This event requires a reservation which must be received by October 25th. The reservation form and further details can be found in the bulletin. All proceeds from this event will go towards BNC’s Sustaining the Mind Fund.
