Critical Engagements, April 28th from 5-8 PM in the Ridgewood Commons.

The Leader-Scholar Communities presents our first annual symposium, Critical Engagements, April 28th from 5-8 PM in the Ridgewood Commons.

We warmly welcome the Brandeis Community to come witness the application of academia into action in the works of 60 first-year students who are part of the Leader-Scholar Communities: Media & Politics, Global Perspectives: place, race & gender, and Leadership in Health & Medicine. These students have intensively engaged in rich, critical, and intellectual thought over the past year, and have spent the majority of their second semester learning the process of putting thought into action. Each project was specifically created in order to engage a larger audience on a specific issue, interest, or idea. Come see the process of their first-year experience in the leader-scholar program.
Light refreshments will be served!
For more information, please contact Alex Vasquez at avasquez@brandeis.edu.
We hope to see you there!
