Business Program Bi-Annual Community Service Event

February 27th, 2012

On Sunday, March 11th, 2012, from 11:30 to 2:30 pm, the Undergraduate Business Major at Brandeis will be participating in its second bi-annual community service event. Business majors, joined by professors of the Business program, will spend the day at the Household Goods Recycling of Massachusetts. Students and professors will help distribute lightly used household goods and help make a difference.

Household Goods Recycling of Massachusetts (HGRM) is an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization based in Acton, MA that provides household goods, free of charge, to people in need. We accept donations of gently used household items that will help people make a home. Over 500 volunteers receive, sort and distribute items to individuals and families from 130 communities in eastern Massachusetts
