The Gelles Lab Github page provides access to:

  • Glimpse, an open-source LabView program we use to control our microscopes and acquire images.  GitHub repository  Wiki
  • CoSMoS analysis software (a.k.a. “imscroll”) that implements methods described in this article. GitHub repository  Wiki
