In the summer of 2015, Hiatt joined Handshake, a university recruiting platform, and saw a 60.3% increase in postings over the previous year. Geographic opportunities also increased dramatically.

By tracking student engagement with Hiatt, we have a picture of who utilizes our services as well as the gaps to inform our outreach. Here engagement includes: appointments (in person and online), educational workshops and programs as well as employer information sessions, career fairs, and on-campus interviews.
