Inorganic chemistry, tenure-track position

The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a faculty position in inorganic chemistry commencing in the fall of 2013. We expect to make an appointment at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor.

Potential areas of interest include, but are not limited to, materials, energy, catalysis, and organometallic chemistry. Successful candidates are expected to establish an innovative externally-funded research program and display a commitment to teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Applicants should submit a CV and a description of their research plans and arrange for three letters of recommendation. It is preferred that applications be submitted electronically in PDF format to chmsrch@brandeis.edu. For information about the department, visit www.chem.brandeis.edu/departments/chemistry. Applications will be reviewed as they become complete, but first consideration will be given to applications received by October 15, 2012.
