The Brandeis Summer School program is a vital extension of Brandeis University, the youngest private research university in the United States and the only nonsectarian college or university in the nation sponsored by the American Jewish community. Its challenging academic programs and internationally-recognized faculty stimulate intellectual development in an open atmosphere. Brandeis offers both acclaimed researchers and the superb facilities found at large universities and a dedication to personalized teaching usually associated with a small college. The summer courses are drawn from a rich academic-year curriculum and many Summer School classes are taught by year-round Brandeis faculty.
