I am a current senior at Brandeis majoring in International and Global Studies with minors in South Asian Studies and Economics. All my life, from my experiences living in India and traveling to numerous other countries, I have developed an immense curiosity of different governments, cultures, and the various problems societies face. I have also focused on development and government and NGOs’ role in promoting it. As a result, I tend to have an international perspective on the issues I care about, often looking at them through an anthropological lens.

Over the past few months, I have become interested in business as well. I would like to pursue an MBA in five to six years from now. In the meantime, I want to employ my communications experience, among other skills, in addition to my curiosity and fields of study, in the private sector. I am keen on working for a large private company, ideally in its marketing department. In the long run, I hope to be involved with multiple businesses in different roles. Some may focus on my areas of study while others are in different industries.
