Hello, my name is Steve Lee and I am a senior undergraduate student. I am searching for jobs at the moment. My main interests lie in the area of human resources, accounting, and business. Over the last four years, I worked as a compliance intern at Allianz Global Investors (financial services), accounting intern at GS Caltex (oil corporation), project intern at Towers Watson (HR consulting firm), and lastly as an HR specialist at the Ministry of National Defense. I have built up my experiences mostly in my home country, South Korea. My interests are not specific to one industry and I figured it would be worthwhile to have exposure to different fields. I have applied to companies that relate to my work experience, but I feel a bit discouraged because I have rarely heard back from them. I would appreciate it very much if someone could provide me with guidance and possible connections to reach out to. Thank you very much.

My name is Eric Shen and I am currently a senior that is majoring in biology and minoring in business. I had the ultimate goal of finding a job where I can combine both my passions for healthcare and business together. I later realized down my college career that I had a passion for business as well. Although I have strong skills in analytical lab work and research projects, I am currently trying to gain more experience in the business world as an administrative assistant at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and a marketing intern at Performance Architects, Inc. I am looking for any career advice or potential job leads where I can apply my technical analytical skills and knowledge garnered from my healthcare experience and apply it in a business setting. Thank you for your time and consideration!

I’m a graduating senior double majoring in Music and American Studies. Ideally, I would like to find a job in tv production, specifically working on a scripted series, but I’m having some trouble finding opportunities. The one I have found is at a start up but I’m not sure if that’s the right fit for me. I would love to speak with any alums who have advice to give on breaking into the field and what my next steps should be.
I’m a senior majoring in anthropology with an interest in broadcast journalism. I’m exploring the various aspects of the field and would love to speak with alums who have experience with reporting, anchoring, executive positions, producing, or anything else related. Thank you so much for your time!
I am a graduating senior majoring in Theater And English, minoring in Business. I have had a passion for theater since I was small, and Brandeis has led me to combine this love for theater with the administration and eventual management of a theater company. I enjoyed a successful internship this past summer at a NYC theater company where I was able to work in the field as a communications intern. I have also volunteered at a Shakespeare company where I learned the business of box office and sales. My volunteer work at the Hillel Theater Group (this year as President) has enabled me to learn first hand the importance of sales, marketing, teamwork and a quality product. My LinkedIn profile provides my resume. I would appreciate any advice, leads or connections.
I graduated in May with a BA in Psychology. I always loved working with kids so as I began the Psychology track I thought I would one day be a school psychologist. After years of schooling myself I decided I needed to take a break and join the workforce. I am looking for a job in PR, marketing, communications, or development preferably in a Jewish nonprofit setting but I have opened my options to corporations also. I would appreciate any advice, leads or connections you might have.
I am a 2014 graduate and would like to re-locate to Boston and work with children with disabilities. Having hands on experience with children with various needs, I am looking for a job to gain more experience in the hopes of solidifying an area of study for graduate school. Any advice on careers in the disability field in the Boston area or guidance about disability graduate programs would be appreciated.
I am a graduating senior looking for a job in the healthcare field before heading to nursing school. I would prefer a job that deals with healthcare management or experience with patients. I would describe myself as a hard-working student, who appreciates the value built in to teamwork. I have experience with non-profits, which is another career avenue that I am looking to pursue. Finally, I would love to shadow a doctor or nurse. My final career aspiration is to be a neonatal nurse practitioner, but I require additional pre-reqs.

I am a graduating senior with a double major in Classical Studies and HSSP and a minor in Anthropology. I am considering working towards a PhD in Ancient History to eventually become a professor, focusing on ancient medical practices. Before I go into graduate school, however, I wanted to work in IT for higher education. I have worked four years at the Brandeis International Business School where I have done general help desk work, installed new systems for classrooms and professors, and helped maintain media systems within classrooms. I am hoping to use these skills and experiences to work in the Boston area. I am also hoping to take classes to prepare myself for graduate school. If anyone has worked in Higher Education while taking classes, I would love to hear about the path you took to get there and if you think it was worth it. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Double major in Economics and Psychology with a strong interest in finance and investments seeking more information about possible careers in the finance/investment management field. I am currently interning as a financial planning analyst at Lincoln Investment Planning, and interned in the accounting department at Diesel. I would ideally want to land a job as an analyst after graduation, so what would be the best skills to help me succeed? It would also be wonderful if I got the chance to meet or speak with someone currently working in finance or investments to learn about necessary steps to take to break into the field.

Computer science and business double major seeks advice as an aspiring entrepreneur! My dream is to run a business, but I don’t have any ideas. (It’s a peculiar problem, since my understanding is that people usually get an idea first and then decide they want to start a business.) Is it too early for me to be thinking about this? My particular interests include consulting, entrepreneurship and innovation, financial planning, and company culture dynamics. I would love the chance to speak with you about your own entrepreneurship story and career path.
