Archived Ad: Pursuing HR Career Advice

I am currently an undergraduate senior seeking advice on how to enter the human resources field as I will graduate in May 2017. My interest in HR was piqued after completing Professor Suderow’s Organizational Behavior course my sophomore year. Since then, I had a summer internship where I was able to focus on training and development by creating a curriculum intended for international business students. At Brandeis, I gained training skills by teaching break dance for weekly practices as co-founder of Stop Motion Dance Crew. I am interested in all areas of HR including employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational design. I am looking to discuss these areas with an HR professional and learn how to successfully enter this field. Thank you.
